Patrick - I would like to express my gratitude for all the excellent assistance I received while having repair service recently. While traveling in my RV from Washington state to Texas I had engine trouble. I was fortunate to connect with Mr. Patrick Ballard who was more helpful than any service consultant I've worked with. He not only provided assistance towing the RV to Fowler Dodge but reassured me during a stressful time. My repair was done immediately and I was on my way to Texas within an hour. Patrick's kindness, compassion, and professionalism is second to none - he's the best!

On Monday afternoon... my husband and I found ourselves stranded at Crossroads Mall due to losing our car keys. Our emergency road service towed our car to your establishment to make a key but in the meantime, our keys had been turned in to the security at the mall. I made contact with my husband before your parts man had made the key. I want to comliment and thank you for the help your parts and service departments were for us. They had a customer courtesy car to bring my husband back to the mall to pick me up with the lost keys. We were then brought back to your place where our car was. We feel this was above the call of duty by your company and we wanted to sa a special "Thank You"
